About Us
Inspired Minds Counseling Collective was founded by Jen Stephens and Tracy Lenavitt to deliver fun, engaging, and playful professional development for counselors at every stage of their careers. Our mission is to support graduate students exploring counseling and play therapy, new graduates pursuing RPT credentials or licensure, and seasoned clinicians seeking to deepen skills or broaden their practice.
We design trainings that respond to the needs of the field, evolve with current best practices, and remain affordable and accessible—primarily through in-person workshops that emphasize interactive, experiential learning. Beyond public trainings, we partner with agencies to provide tailored staff trainings, team-building, retreats, and self-care days aimed at preventing clinician burnout.
Jen and Tracy also offer clinical supervision and consultation, drawing on a wide range of clinical experience to support clinicians pursuing licensure or seeking case consultation and professional growth.
